It was in general a good experience. Staff was awesome and the little extra touches like climate control, a safe and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room was a treat. Hotel's shuttle was a nice bonus too...

Helpful personnel and GOOD location. Rooms were very clean. Near to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Will come back, the property met every demand.

One of the dining options, sounds like cafe was 5 mins walk away. Proximity to a bus stop helped to explore Hakuba. Location, an easy walk to all attractions. No complaints with the hotel: )

we loved the fact that we chose oak forest. there were parking onsite.
